This project was exactly what my client was looking for. A once dingy, cluttered garage, got a total gut, and re-do. He wanted a creative space separate of the house with access to the backyard for guests and a change of scenery from his office. This space was stripped to the studs and off the entry of the main house and garage door. It had ample storage for bikes and laundry and allowed the living space to really take advantage of light + a minimal feel. We polished the floors, shiplapped, installed a skylight and full light exterior door for maximum sunshine, salvaged and re-finished kitchen cabinetry, and put in a new bathroom. Our favorite was the view from the kitchen sink window.
