This project was a quick turn around upgrade to a rather dark and dated home. The client wanted a bright, cheerful ode to the mid-century style we all know and love. We tiled the kitchen floor, painted the cabinetry, + upgraded the lighting, hardware, and appliances. Fresh paint throughout interior + exterior, a newly tiled en suite shower, + light fixtures throughout. This house was rented the same day it hit the market.
